February was such a busy month for Barkston with National Apprenticeship Week and appearing at Leeds Apprenticeship Job Fair at First Direct Arena for the very first time. It was a total sell-out with many companies in attendance and over 11K tickets sold on the day. The event was the biggest apprenticeship recruitment fair in the north of England.
The fair gave visitors the chance to speak with employers and training providers about apprenticeship opportunities in Leeds. Visitors could learn about what apprenticeships involve, how they work, and how to find higher and degree apprenticeships.

Our apprenticeships follow a structured programme under which you will receive close mentoring from experienced staff alongside support from our apprenticeship provider both at college and in the workplace.
